A wonderful movie

It's been years since the last time I watched movies on theaters. My students kasi was planning to watch NINJA ASSASIN this coming week. I've received an invitation but I'd rather chose to watch DVDs at home o sa cable [chuckles]. Buti sana kung tricycle ride lang papuntang sinehan dito sa amin. Eh hindi, travel ka pa ng 56kms. Anyways, Auntie Baby lend us a copy of IN MY LIFE and we decided to watch it after PBB.

It was a great movie, wonderful that is. I love the story. Ganon daw talaga sa States, maninibago ka sa simula pero later on, you will get use to it. The life of living in Uncle Sam's World. I intend to experience that someday. In God's perfect time.

Feeling ko tuloy minsan andon na din ako pag nakakapanood ako ng movies ng pinoy na kuha sa America. "Someday..someday..." nasabi ko sa sarili ko. I've learned things din from this movie. Life there is not easy. Bawal ang mabagal at weak.

I didn't expect of the Luis' character's tragic end. Life has its own way of taking things away at an unexpected time talaga. Yon na yon. Sayang but I think he had live his life to the fullest and love and was loved by his beloved.

Love to thyself, to others, to partner, to GOD; Passion, Friendship, Happiness, Commitment, Respect and Eternity are just some of the elements needed in a Lasting Relationship that someone would wish In their Lives...

Less gentle moves...

These past few days, I observed nearly most of the population of the male species' gentleman-ly moves is starting to vanish. An experience prompted me to create a post about this topic. I'll start off with a woman I lined-up with inside the Fish Market, a guy intentionally bumped with this old woman with his trolley carrying loads of fishes. I never even heard him say "Excuse me, nay". ['Nay' short for Nanay which means Mother]. And when the poor old woman shows a shocking appearance, this middle-aged man never even said 'sorry'. I guess he doesn't know the meaning of saying it. People around the old woman stared at him angrily including me. His reaction? Nothing. He just went on pushing his trolley. I guess his head or heart was as cold as the ice. Grrr....

One time, the tricycle driver didn't even help me load the bundles of woods in his tricycle. He just stared. Kalami na lang jud lugiton sa mata sa k-g-w-ng..To think, I will be paying P20. When he parked infront of our house, I thought he would help me unload the woods but to my dismay, he waited till i'm done unloading. Kung pwede lang ilambos sa nawong niya ang usa ka baga nga kahoy [If I could only beat his face off with a thick piece of wood]. Grrr....

On board a shuttle bus, a lady was trying to find a seat. Unfortunately, no seat was available and most of the passengers near us was men. For 3 straight hours, no one offered her a seat. Pity. She remained standing until she got off the bus.

These were some of my experiences. I know a lot of women shares the same. Pissed, i posted a shoutout on my FB account. Don't we, women deserve some respect??? Where are the gentleman(s) hiding? Hiding or nothing has left living in this world. There maybe some but 2 out of 10. Women now are smart of choosing the right person. Less gentle moves is a major turn-off and mega eyebrow raiser. This is why some of us are picky. We're on the verge of making Intelligent choices.

Now, what happened? What the heck is happening? Patzs even jested basi ma spinster na daw mi ani..hahaha. Di naman, I think the right person will come at the right time. Well, I guess finding a gentleman nowadays is like a needle in a haystack.
