inefficient service - part 3

Yesterday, January 8, 2009. Been to PLDT Digos Branch and inquired my almost two months of waiting for my internet connection to be installed. Patzs would probably post his horrible experience about their service sooner. Ang taas pa naman ng expectations ko sa company nila pero parang sinisira lang ng branch nito dito sa amin ang tiwala ng subscribers. Sobrang nabubu**s*t na talaga ako!!! Anyways, I was told [promises na naman..[rolls eyes] early next week daw [we'll see]. Imagine? I applied 25th of November pa last year and no installation took place. They could have informed their applicants through text message man lang sana with regards to its delay. When i went there, all i received was promises. They never even ask for an apology. So lame, so thumbs down =(
